BusyParrot CRM operates on a recurring subscription basis. Users can choose a subscription plan and will be billed periodically, depending on the selected plan.
As we offer a subscription-based service, cancellation is not permitted once the payment for the current billing cycle has been processed. Users are advised to carefully review their needs before making any payments. Upon cancellation, users will still retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle.
BusyParrot CRM follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been made for the subscription, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer any form of reimbursement, including partial refunds for unused services.
To ensure customer satisfaction, BusyParrot CRM offers a free trial period, allowing potential customers to evaluate the platform’s features before committing to a subscription. No refunds will be provided for users who proceed to subscribe after using the trial period.
Currently, there are no one-time setup fees for BusyParrot CRM. If such a service is introduced in the future, any fees paid for one-time setup services will be non-refundable.
