BusyMails offers no refunds whatsoever for any paid plans or services. All sales are final.
We recommend reviewing our plans and features carefully before making a purchase.
2. Trial Period
We provide a free trial period to allow you to evaluate BusyMails before committing to a paid plan.
The trial includes limited features and usage quotas.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
4. Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, please contact our support or manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
5. Account Suspension
Accounts found violating our Terms & Conditions, especially regarding bounce rate and email content policies, may be suspended or terminated without refund.
