Thank you for choosing BusyMails, a child product of Busy Parrot. Please read our Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully.


1. Refund Policy

  • BusyMails offers no refunds whatsoever for any paid plans or services. All sales are final.
  • We recommend reviewing our plans and features carefully before making a purchase.

2. Trial Period

  • We provide a free trial period to allow you to evaluate BusyMails before committing to a paid plan.
  • The trial includes limited features and usage quotas.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid plans auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

4. Cancellation

  • To cancel your subscription, please contact our support or manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

5. Account Suspension

  • Accounts found violating our Terms & Conditions, especially regarding bounce rate and email content policies, may be suspended or terminated without refund.
